Come and say "hello" to the new British Consul General in Montreal, Chloe Adams.
Chloe replaces Nick Baker to whom we said "bye bye" just a few weeks ago and no doubt, will support the BQBC with the same vigour and enthusiasm. This event will be held in an informal atmosphere so that Chloe can talk to as many members as possible.
Preference for registration will be given to BQBC members and so we urge you to register early before registration will be opened to non-member "Friends of BQBC". Please remember that membership fees are due by September 1st 2018 and you can do this on-line or ask for a formal invoice. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Tax receipts are also given through on-line payments via PayPal using your credit card.
Members should log-in to register. If you have forgotten your password then please request another one. You can do that on line.
See you there!
As you probably know, British Consul Generals are replaced every four years and, since its inception, we have seen two exceptional individuals that have greatly supported the BQBC. Sadly the time has come to say "goodbye" to Nick Baker, the present British Consul General in Montreal. What better way to see him off in style that over a beer in Hurley's.
This event will be held on the back patio (weather permitting) between 5pm and 7pm. Please register for this event so that we know how many people are coming. Hurley's have kindly agreed to provide us with a few nibbles.
Any difficulties with registering - please contact email@example.com. This event is open to non-members and we would especially like to welcome members of the Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce who have also been supported by Nick during his tenure.
